The Copeland Industrial Park Business Association (or CIPBA, for short) is a professional organization comprised of a diverse group of businesses located in the Newport News and Hampton industrial parks. With a broad array of industries represented and connections with local municipalities, the Association strives to produce competitive, innovative businesses on the Virginia Peninsula.
